If the 690 lb tongue weight is the weight when the trailer is loaded then your current Centerline would work great. If that's an unloaded figure though you'd most likely be over capacity and it wouldn't be effective.

The 570 lb figure you mention is the dry tongue weight, but in order to choose the correct weight distribution system for your needs you'll need to determine the travel trailer's tongue weight when it's loaded up as it would be when you tow it, complete with gear, propane, water tanks, etc. You'll also want to add the weight of anything carried in the bed of the truck behind the rear axle to that figure, which is the amount of tongue weight you'll be asking your W/D system to handle.

Generally speaking, we recommend having at least 3 inches of clearance between the tire and the fender on your trailer with the suspension fully compressed. Since you found that you only have about 1-1/2 inches of clearance with the 205/75R15 tire mounted, your best option for being able to upgrade to a 15 inch wheel will be to first lift the trailer.

I have a solution for you, however, there are not any 5-bike carriers compatible with a travel trailer. I recommend going with Swagman Trailhead 4 Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches # S63381 and then using a different bike carrier for the remaining bike. For the remaining bike, you could use Surco 2 Bike Carrier Ladder Mount # SP501BR if your travel trailer has a ladder on the back. This clamps onto a ladder that has 1" tubing and can carry 1 or 2 bikes.

The best way to select the correct size vinyl trim insert is to measure the trim insert you have now while flat, not the track. We don't really recommend measuring the track as they are not all a standard width. That said, we only offer vinyl trim inserts in 3/4" wide and 1" wide. It sounds like you will end up needing the 3/4" wide vinyl trim insert part # CAM25163 for 25' long or part # CAM25262 for 100' long.
